We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records and reports. As the key strategic advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the accuracy and integrity of financial records and reports.
  • Create and maintain monthly financial reports, including profit & loss, cash flow, and budget vs actuals.
  • Maintain up-to-date bookkeeping, compliance, and documentation aligned with statutory regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a small team, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational needs.
  • Support leadership with financial reporting, analysis, and insights to aid decision-making and investor communications.
  • Track and report financial and operational KPIs, ensuring visibility across functions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with business goals.
  • Manage statutory compliance in India and support UK compliance in collaboration with external advisors.
  • Assist in preparing investor reports, forecasts, and financial models to support fundraising and growth planning.
  • Work on process improvements in bookkeeping, MIS, compliance, and financial planning to ensure scalability.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing, ideally within a fast-growing or dynamic environment.
  • Strong collaborator, with the ability to work closely with key stakeholders across various departments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for presenting complex financial information.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining the integrity of financial records and reports.
