Job Title: Senior Finance Analyst

Position Overview:

  • Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports, including tax compliance and project financing through detailed financial models.
  • Support fundraising and transaction-related activities by analyzing financial data and creating predictive models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards to drive business growth and optimize resource allocation.
  • Financial Modelling: Build complex financial models and conduct ratio analysis to support decision-making and fundraising activities.
  • DPR & Project Reports: Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and cash flow projections to evaluate project viability and optimize resource allocation.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Manage Direct Tax, GST, and TDS compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits to ensure accurate financial representation and compliance.
  • Corporate Finance Support: Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Advisory & Strategy: Provide insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning to drive business growth and profitability.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/CMA- Inter, Mcom, Bcom.
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously.
