Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our compliance testing efforts. As a Compliance Testing Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive testing programs, executing fieldwork, and communicating findings to stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement robust testing programs to ensure regulatory compliance across various areas, including AML, Privacy, Anti-corruption, Consumer Protection & Fairness, etc.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify emerging regulatory risks and impending legislation impacting our Compliance Monitoring Plan.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align testing efforts and communicate progress and potential findings.
  • Train and mentor colleagues in relevant knowledge and practices, ensuring upskilling and development within the team.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives to improve delivery models and presentations to senior leadership, driving business growth and excellence.
  • Detect and address findings by developing remediation plans, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in internal audit, regulatory compliance, or related field, preferably within Big Four or bank/financial institution with Anti-Money Laundering background.
  • Good academic qualification with experience in compliance or legal, ideally with Anti-Money Laundering knowledge.
  • Chartered Accounts, CPA, CIA, ACAMS, MBA, or certifications in audit preferred, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.

Key Skills:

  • Strong internal control and validating testing skills required, with ability to design and execute comprehensive testing programs.
