Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design of AI-first interfaces that assist doctors in delivering personalized care. As a key member of our team, you will support the usability of health insurance products and drive user-centered design principles.

You will work closely with product managers, physicians, engineers, data scientists, and insurance specialists to validate hypotheses, plan sprints, and ensure successful execution. Your expertise will help us explore and prototype new interaction patterns, including conversational UI, adaptive dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows.

Your goal is to own the design craft from low-fidelity sketches and information architecture to polished UI and micro-interactions, ensuring accessibility and compliance with medical and insurance regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in product/interaction design with at least part of that in consumer or enterprise tech; experience in healthcare, insurtech, or AI-driven products is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, systems thinking, and the ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive interfaces.
  • Strong curiosity about emerging technologies (e.g., AI, decision-support systems) and how they can transform healthcare.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with motion/interaction tools is a plus.
  • Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms; comfort with responsive design and accessibility guidelines.
