Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our R&D team. This role will involve coordinating between R&D, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and technology transfer.

  • Act as an interface between cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion
  • Oversee technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing units and third-party facilities
  • Evaluate and support third-party manufacturing locations for compliance with standards
  • Prepare technology transfer documents and assist factories in commercial manufacturing
  • Provide basic support in packaging development, understanding various packaging formats and material qualification
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory affairs, including import/export registration and approvals

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Personal Care & Home Care R&D with experience in the product development cycle. He/She should also be familiar with quality tools, ingredient evaluation, formulation types, and Project Management tools.

Key Requirements:

  • B.Tech/M.Tech (Chemical Engineering)/Ph.D. (Chemical)
  • 7-10 Years of experience in the Industry
