Personal Care Appliances Product Development Lead

As a Product Manager for Personal Care Appliances, you will lead the development and lifecycle management of our personal care appliances portfolio.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop product roadmaps for India, GCC, and Southeast Asia markets.
- Drive portfolio planning by structuring SKUs by pricing tiers, features, and market gaps.
- Manage product lifecycles from concept to launch.
- Lead quality assurance processes and sample reviews.
- Ensure compliance with certifications such as BIS (India) and local requirements.
- Negotiate prices with suppliers and review BOMs.
- Conduct post-launch performance reviews and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support visibility and marketplace presence.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure competitive, high-quality, and timely product launches across multiple geographies.
This is a high-impact role for a product leader with strong category knowledge, supplier management expertise, and the ability to navigate multi-market product launches.
We are seeking an experienced product manager with 4-6 years total experience and 3-5 years in product management for personal care appliances.
