Personal Care Appliances Portfolio Leader

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to spearhead the development, lifecycle management, and market readiness of our personal care appliances portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Create and manage the product roadmap for key markets, driving portfolio planning through SKU structure by pricing tiers, features, and market gaps.
- Product Development & Lifecycle Management:
- Oversight of the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and competitive product launches across multiple geographies.
- New product development (NPD), phasing out end-of-life products, and tracking market innovations.
- Quality & Compliance:
- Lead quality assurance processes, sample reviews, and approval cycles, ensuring compliance with certifications such as BIS (India), G-Mark/SASO (GCC), and local requirements.
- Supplier & Sourcing Management:
- Establish and manage relationships with local and international PCA manufacturers.
- Negotiate prices with factories; review bills of materials (BOMs) and plan costs.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization:
- Conduct post-launch performance reviews, recommending portfolio improvements and collaborating with marketing teams to support visibility and marketplace presence.
This high-impact role requires a strong category knowledge, supplier management expertise, and ability to navigate multi-market product launches.
