Senior Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled Senior Hospitality Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our guest services department, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience at our resort.

• Welcoming Guests: Review arrival lists to extend a warm welcome to our guests and create a positive first impression.
• Special Guest Services: Identify and cater to the needs of special guests, such as VIPs, providing personalized attention and assistance.
• Preparing Welcome Folders: Assist in preparing welcome folders with essential information, including room service menus, area descriptions, and other relevant details.
• Information Provision: Provide guests with information about our amenities, services, and venues, promoting them to enhance their stay.
• Anticipating Guest Needs: Develop a keen understanding of guest requirements and build strong rapport with customers to exceed their expectations.
• Offering Assistance: Offer help with tasks such as confirming travel arrangements, taking messages, and addressing any issues that may arise during their stay.
• Resolving Complaints: Address any customer complaints promptly and escalate to the Guest Relations Manager when necessary.
• Logbook Maintenance: Record important information in the logbook daily to ensure seamless communication among team members.

• Salary: ₹450,000 - ₹550,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
