Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Electromechanical Systems Lead to join our team.
  • You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing control systems for electromechanical product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Conceptualize and design control systems for electromechanical product lines
  • Develop control architecture, including algorithms, PLC logics, cable wire routing, control panels, hardware integration, HMI SCADA integration
  • Lead the development of control systems and design of control architecture
  • Merge mechanical, electrical, and control systems with high-level software (WCS, WES, FMS) to create cohesive and optimized solutions
  • Oversight of product development, simulation, digital twin, and key project execution, including resource planning and timelines
  • Evaluate, select, and integrate different automation components (PLCs, sensors, vision, network hardware)
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Manufacturing, Sales, Aftersales, and other teams
  • Anticipate market trends, customer needs, and technological shifts to shape long-term product strategy
  • Oversight of documentation processes, including SOPs, design reviews, approvals, and product manuals
  • Implement best practices in Agile and other R&D workflows to ensure transparency and traceability
  • Conduct performance reviews for team members and build succession plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
  • At least 20 years of overall experience, preferably with exposure to PLCs, sensors, and product development
  • Strong people management background
