Bridal Production and Client Order Management Specialist

Manage the entire process of bridal production and client orders, ensuring seamless delivery of bespoke pieces.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Production Coordination: Work with design and sampling teams to ensure a smooth transition from design finalization to production, maintaining detailed schedules and tracking progress against deadlines.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality standards at each stage of production, guaranteeing that bridal pieces meet brand benchmarks.
  • Client Order Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for bridal clients regarding their custom orders, recording measurements, customizations, and delivery timelines with accuracy.
  • Operations and Coordination: Maintain detailed order sheets, support vendor management, collaborate with logistics for smooth dispatches and deliveries, and generate weekly reports on order status, production timelines, and client deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in Fashion Management, Production, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in bridal or couture production/client servicing.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and client relationship management skills, ability to handle multiple orders and strict deadlines.
  • Knowledge of bridal wear fabrics, embroideries, and finishing techniques is preferred.
