Women's Ethnic Wear Sourcing Manager

We are seeking a skilled Women's Ethnic Wear Sourcing Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about fashion and sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of women's ethnic wear products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to negotiate favorable prices and terms.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and consumer preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, merchandising, and production, to ensure seamless execution of product lines.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory levels, sales figures, and customer satisfaction to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing, merchandising, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
