Key Treasury Management Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced treasury manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our organization's short-term liquidity, ensuring accurate and timely cash management and supporting global financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial and cash management principles, as well as advanced computer software skills, particularly with Excel and Google Sheets.

The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately and maintain confidentiality.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize our organization's short-term liquidity.
  • Perform daily cash management tasks, including monitoring cash balances, bank reporting, and maintaining treasury dashboards.
  • Prepare detailed cash flow forecasts and conduct variance analysis between projected and actual cash flow statements.
  • Monitor and manage our organization's bank relationships and overall liquidity.
  • Oversee and manage our organization's debt schedule, ensuring all obligations are met on time.
  • Coordinate with global counterparts and banks to reconcile and record activities, ensuring accurate and timely wire payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain account records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing a treasury or cash management function.
  • Proficiency in financial and cash management principles.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced computer software skills, particularly with Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately, including maintaining SOX and audit trails.
