Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Leader to oversee our financial operations and strategic accounting functions.

  • Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, in compliance with IFRS/GAAP/US GAAP standards.
  • Drive variance analysis and provide strategic insights to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
  • Build and manage detailed financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support informed decision-making.
  • Recommend and implement cost optimization strategies and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure strict compliance with accounting standards, internal financial controls, and statutory regulations.
  • Oversee and manage month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Handle all aspects of taxation, including corporate tax, GST, and statutory filings, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate internal and external audits to ensure timely and accurate resolution of audit findings.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements to support business needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors to secure optimal funding solutions.
  • Provide strategic inputs to optimize capital structure and enhance financial health through prudent financial planning.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, ensuring domain expertise across AP, AR, and R2R functions.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) certification with a strong background in financial management.
  • Possess 4 to 8 years of experience post-qualification in finance and accounting, including 2 to 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrate proven experience managing end-to-end accounting functions, taxation, audits, and financial reporting.
  • Show proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis using advanced tools and techniques.
  • Exhibit strong command of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data-driven decision-making.
  • Display in-depth knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and tax laws.
  • Show demonstrated expertise across AP, AR, R2R, and other core finance verticals.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities with the ability to build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams.
  • Showcase a strategic mindset to drive financial and operational efficiency through innovative solutions.
