Job Description

The role involves maintaining financial integrity by implementing robust controls in manual accounting processes, ensuring policy compliance and driving improvement and automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a large team managing diverse accounting processes, including operational expenses for non-technology business units, colleague expenses, accruals, and eliminating investment equity accounting and governance processes.
  • Drive control and compliance agenda for inter-company operations and operational excellence COE, as well as driving fintech goals for global financial operations, specifically Falcon and associated systems of records, to drive process transformation in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

The primary focus of the role is to ensure financial accuracy through strong internal controls and drive meaningful data insights.

About You
  • You have a bachelor's degree or higher in finance or accounting with a minimum of 8 years of experience or a bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 12 years of experience.
  • You are a self-starter with the ability to drive change and deliver results on multiple time-sensitive projects.
  • You have a strong understanding of financial accounting and business processes.
  • You have exposure in project management lifecycle and associated governance.
