Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic performance marketing professional to join our team. As a data-driven expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid ad campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Strategize, build, and optimize paid ad campaigns to drive profitable growth.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Client Reporting: Own weekly client reporting and strategic reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive integrated results.
  • Testing and Optimization: Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • 6-9 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably at an e-commerce agency.
  • Proven track record of managing at least $5K+ monthly ad spend per client.
  • Strong understanding of ROAS, margins, and funnel bottlenecks.
  • Proficiency in Paid Ads tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution tools.
  • Hands-on skills with AI tools for ad copy, audience research, or automation.

Success Metrics:

  • Scaling accounts from $5K/month to $20K/month profitably.
  • Reducing CAC without hurting conversions.
  • Driving campaign insights that change a brand's trajectory.
