The Engineering Talent Program is a comprehensive internship designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders at the intersection of technology, politics, and public policy. We seek bright, motivated engineering students who are passionate about applying their technical skills to solve real-world political and social challenges.
Through this program, you will engage in a rigorous training ground and direct pipeline to a full-time career in political consulting.
Key Highlights:
- 2-month training program bridging the gap between engineering and politics.
- Technical Track: Intensive workshops on Python, JavaScript, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and operational security best practices.
- Political Track: Seminars on the current political landscape, campaign structures, legislative processes, and data ethics in policy.
- Analysis of public datasets to identify trends and produce actionable insights.
- Capstone Project: Developing an analytical dashboard to visualize complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently in your 6th semester or later of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field; or recent graduate.
- Strong, demonstrable interest in Indian politics and public policy.
- Foundational technical knowledge and strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex ideas to diverse audiences.
