The Role Overview:

  • Design and implement user-centric experiences for cutting-edge Generative AI applications, focusing on intuitive and engaging interfaces.
  • Collaborate closely with AI engineers and product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly solutions.
  • Stay current with emerging UX trends, especially in human-AI interaction, prompt design, agent UI, and conversational UX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough user research, create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to validate design concepts and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Collaborate with GenAI Engineers to understand the capabilities and limitations of AI models and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions.
  • Apply a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for AI-powered applications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of total experience with at least 1 year of relevant experience in UX design and front-end development for AI or complex software applications.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing user interfaces, including creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with user research methodologies.
