Lead Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume a key role in our design team. As a senior UX designer, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end product experiences that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop impactful work that showcases your problem-solving skills and ability to facilitate design sprints and workshops.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights into customer needs and apply those insights to create ideal-state experiences.
  • Influence product decisions through clear articulation and rationalization of design choices backed by data.
  • Utilize strong visual communication skills to create sketches, storyboards, customer journey maps, wireframes, and working prototypes.
  • Ensure high-quality design execution and fit and finish while taking ownership of the product outcome.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC, and Zeplin.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in fintech or a related industry is highly valued.
  • A degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or Computer Science is preferred.
