Senior Leadership Role in Interior Design

The Senior Leader – Concept Design (Interior Design) is responsible for guiding and overseeing the design team in the planning and execution of interior design projects. This position involves conceptualizing design ideas, collaborating with clients, managing project schedules, and ensuring projects meet both aesthetic and functional standards.

  • Leading and Mentoring a Team of Interior Designers:
  • Fostering a Collaborative and Creative Environment,
  • Providing Guidance and Feedback to Ensure Success.
  • Client Collaboration:

Understanding Project Needs, Developing Design Proposals, and Presenting Design Concepts.

  • Project Management:

Overseeing All Stages of the Design Process from Initial Concept to Final Implementation, Managing Project Timelines, Budgets, and Ensuring Timely Delivery of Design Milestones.

  • Design Development:

Conceptualizing Design Ideas, Creating Detailed Design Plans, Selecting Materials and Furnishings, and Ensuring Design Solutions are Practical, Aesthetically Pleasing, and within Budget.

  • Coordination and Collaboration:

Working Closely with Architects, Contractors, and Other Stakeholders to Ensure Seamless Integration of Design with Other Aspects of the Project.

  • Design Expertise:

Strong Understanding of Design Principles, Space Planning, Color Theory, and Materials Selection.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or Related Field
  • 20+ Years of Experience in Architecture or Design with at least 8 Years in a Senior Leadership Role
