Job Profile

Our organization is seeking an HR Practitioner who can provide expert guidance on recruitment and placement strategies, compensation structures, payroll management, training and development programs, and employee relations.

  • We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures to develop and implement effective HR policies and strategies that align with our organizational goals.
  • Responsibilities will include providing HR support to various departments, conducting recruitment and selection processes, developing and implementing training programs, managing payroll and benefits, and maintaining accurate records of employee data.
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Key performance indicators will include successful recruitment and retention rates, timely completion of projects, and overall contribution to the team's success.
  • Training and development opportunities will be provided to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of HR.

Requirements

The selected candidate will require:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret HR data and metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems, such as Tally/Excel, Payroll Management, and Online Attendance & Leave Management System.
