Job Opportunity: Identity Operations Engineer

Applicantz seeks a highly skilled Identity Operations Engineer to join our team.

This is a long-term contract position with a global technology leader that fosters a progressive culture and creativity. They utilize cutting-edge technologies to stay ahead of the curve.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing requirements analysis, interfacing with stakeholders of various levels, and documenting solutions. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, along with knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and SailPoint identity secure cloud.

  • Deal well with ambiguous or undefined problems; ability to think abstractly
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint identity secure cloud, two-step verification, and application used for it
  • Difference between authentication and authorization, role-based access control, database management, and data structure knowledge

Requirements include good experience with modern Identity and Access Management products, preferably SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint ISC, MS Entra ID, CyberArk. Experience in building IAM solutions in a complex landscape involving 100+ applications, HR Systems like Workday, ServiceNow integration, etc., is also required.

Key skills include designing Role-Based Access Control systems, segregation of duties, entitlement management, identity lifecycle management, JML workflow, and contributing to SOC/Sox internal and external audits. Experience working with Agile teams is a plus.
