Cloud Identity Architect

As a seasoned Cloud Identity and Access Management (CIAM) professional, you will be part of an elite team responsible for designing and delivering secure, scalable, and innovative cloud solutions.

The role requires expertise in evaluating new cloud products and services, integrating them into standard cloud solutions, and providing IAM services for migrating applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • IAM Solution Delivery: Designing and implementing IAM solutions for migrating existing or integrating new applications in our environment across multiple cloud providers.
  • Complex Application Integration: Providing IAM services for complex, multi-tier applications that are migrating to Cloud Platforms.
  • IAM Controls Selection: Selecting appropriate IAM Cloud controls for migrating applications based on given requirements.
  • Globally Distributed Teamwork: Working in a globally distributed team to provide innovative and robust Cloud-centric solutions.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Closely working with vendors to develop and deploy Cloud services to meet customer expectations.
  • Compliant Infrastructure Deployment: Integrate, configure, document, and deploy compliant infrastructure and supporting services in the Cloud platform.
  • Operational Aspects Design: Design, optimization, and documentation of the Operational aspects of the Cloud platform.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting problems, resolving root cause, and where possible, fixing the bug(s).
  • Risk Management Collaboration: Collaborating with risk management to ensure necessary controls to Cloud services are deployed and tested.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Azure AD Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Azure AD and related services such as Conditional access, Identity protection, Privileged identity management, etc.
  • Authentication Expertise: Strong knowledge of authentication with SAML, OAuth, OpenID, and Kerberos.
  • Federated Identity Experience: Experience in providing federated identity with solutions such as PING Federate or ADFS.
  • Zero Trust Architecture: Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture principles.
  • RBAC Solutions: Prior experience in providing RBAC solutions for AWS and Azure.
  • Technical Documentation: Experience creating technical architecture documentation.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and written skills.
  • Scripting Abilities: Strong scripting and automation abilities including PowerShell and/or Python.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Identity Space Experience: Prior experience in the Identity space with a background in Active Directory or similar LDAP stores.
  • Azure Active Directory Connect: Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory Connect synchronization software or similar technology.
  • Compliance Assurance Tooling: Prior experience using compliance assurance tooling such as Prisma Cloud.
  • HashiCorp Products: Prior experience with products from HashiCorp such as Terraform, Vault, and Consul.
  • Risk Control Frameworks: Prior experience with risk control frameworks and engagements with risk and regulatory functions.
  • CI/CD Frameworks: Knowledge and experience of working with CI/CD frameworks and methodologies such as automated testing (unit / integration) and release pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Financial Industry Experience: Experience in the financial industry.
