Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to manage our Record to Report (RTR) function.

The successful candidate will drive process excellence, ensure compliance, and partner with stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely financial results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the RTR team in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
  • Oversee accounting, reconciliations, and reporting to ensure compliance with relevant standards and internal controls.
  • Manage journal entries, accruals, provisions, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany accounting.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency through process improvements, standardization, and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits, compliance, and financial analysis requirements.
  • Monitor adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and control frameworks.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance management for the RTR team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of R2R / RTR processes including GL, closing & reporting, reconciliations, and controls.
  • Solid understanding of accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP/IND AS).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and drive performance.
Key Requirements:
  • Education: Chartered Accountant
  • Experience: 10–14 years of overall experience with at least 4–5 years in R2R / RTR and team leadership.
  • Prior exposure to shared services / global finance operations is highly desirable.
