Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced project lead to shape the future of enterprise productivity with artificial intelligence.

The Role
  • Lead complex projects for global organizations, driving world-class outcomes through optimized frameworks and improved processes.

As a project lead, you will mentor delivery teams, improve efficiency and quality, and deliver measurable business outcomes and ROI from engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, execute, deliver, and close large-scale enterprise or big tech projects.
  2. Build and manage high-value client relationships, ensuring stakeholder trust and confidence.
  3. Deliver tangible business value through impactful, scalable AI and digital transformation projects.
  4. Anticipate and manage risks, escalations, dependencies, and scope changes effectively.
  5. Continuously improve delivery methodologies and client engagement models.
  6. Mentor and guide teams to drive efficiency and quality in project delivery.
  7. Act as the primary client-facing leader for enterprise transformation projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in IT or BPO within a leading organization.
  • Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple modules.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with hands-on delivery expertise.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and CXO-level presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban methodologies.
  • Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks, product, and portfolio management.
  • Certifications (one or more): PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, CSPO.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience managing AI projects and/or working with global clients.
  • Domain expertise in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Telecom.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP).

You will work on high-impact transformation projects with global enterprises and big tech leaders.
