About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Cluster Leader, where you will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and managing overall Sales teams at a vertical/regional level. You will build the right team and sales capability with an objective to achieve Revenue/Top line, margin, and customer satisfaction as per the scope of Sales Targets planned for respective units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals and LoB revenue goals, supporting Group Sales head.
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction for the vertical or region.
  • Institutionalize sales excellence processes, analytics, and review mechanisms to ensure opportunity assessment, qualification, developing response strategy, proposal development, review, and feedback process, competitive positioning, pricing/commercial decisions.
  • Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement, hire and develop sales staff, define and coordinate sales training programs, mentor and guide reporting teams, and implement action plans.
