Job Title: Account Delivery Head

As a key member of our organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to manage the overall performance and governance of Statements of Work (SOWs) with Vendor Account Managers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Digital Ad Sales and possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop team members. They will also be able to establish effective relationships with clients and drive operations teams to deliver continuous improvement and productivity/quality gains.

Critical Skills Required:
  • 18 years of experience in contact center operations
  • Strong B2C/B2B sales experience
  • Digital marketing ads sales experience
  • Dynamic leader with experience and passion for managing large and diverse teams across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Very strong level of English, both written and verbal
  • University Graduate or above
