**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Associate to join our team.

About the Role:

The Interior Design Associate will support the Senior Designer in various tasks related to interior design, including shadowing design discussions with clients, preparing minutes of meetings, and tracking project milestones to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Key responsibilities include assisting the Senior Designer in 3D designs using SpaceCraft (HomeLane Software) and Sketchup, recommending enhancements, and serving as a sounding board for the Senior Designer.

In addition, the Interior Design Associate will be expected to participate in site visits, collaborate with the Senior Designer, and take responsibility for file management across HomeLane tech systems.

The role also involves assisting the Senior Designer in creating commercial proposals using SpaceCraft and other quoting tools, validating quotes to ensure customers receive a transparent and fair estimate.

This position requires effective coordination with various stakeholders to ensure a great design outcome, building relationships with teams like sales, drawing QC, project management teams, and planners.
