Retail Banking Lead Analyst

About the Role:

The Retail Banking Lead Analyst will support and drive a large, growing book of work aligned to the Retail Banking sector in our team. This role offers rapid learning and business knowledge development, with strong opportunities for internal career progression.

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of client projects, including data collection, analysis and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative datasets
  • Interpreting market and industry trends to identify patterns and emerging opportunities
  • Effective communication with clients and internal teams
  • Tailored solutions using proprietary tools, rigorous analysis and customized reports or presentations
  • Collaboration with case teams as part of our engagements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in an analytical or quantitative subject
  • 5+ years' experience in benchmarking, research or business analysis
  • Some sector experience in financial services, consultancy or market research preferred (retail banking experience advantageous)
