**Financial Planning & Analysis Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic financial planning and analysis.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) analysis at Product Category, Segment, and Company level to inform strategic decisions.
  • Sales Analysis: Perform comprehensive sales analysis, including profitability by Channel, Region, State, Source of Funding, and Customer for Domestic and Export sales.
  • Sales Planning & Forecasting: Develop the Annual Sales Plan, including SKU-wise / Category-wise / Segment-wise Sales Value and Tonnage, and facilitate management sign-off of Annual Plan documents.

**Costing & Margin Analysis:**

  • Daily Costing: Prepare daily product costing (cost sheets) for Marketing requirements.
  • Gross Margin Analysis: Develop and maintain Actual Monthly Gross Margin Statements, including Product-wise, Category-wise, Segment-wise, OEM – Customer-wise / Product Category-wise, and Exports – Country-wise / Customer-wise.

**Qualifications & Skills:**

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
  • Professional Certifications: Professional certifications such as MBA, ACCA, or CIMA are preferred.
  • Work Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Finance or Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and database management systems, with strong expertise in financial modelling, data reconciliation, and reporting automation.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
