Strategic Financial Planning Leader

The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with strong experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
This role will involve leading budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes across business units. The candidate will deliver accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes;
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs;
- Support strategic initiatives including optimizations and cost control;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations;
To be successful in this position, the candidate should have:
- CA with 5–6 years of relevant experience in FP&A and business analysis;
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial statements and concepts;
- Advanced Excel skills. Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools is a plus;
- Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting;
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, be able to simplify complex data for non-financial stakeholders, and possess a strategic thinking mindset with problem-solving and execution capabilities.
