We are currently seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Encompass Administrator.

This is a key position within our organization, and the successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth system operations, user support, and compliance alignment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in this field.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary administrator for the Encompass LOS, including configuration of user roles, security, and access controls.

  • Partnering with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality.
