
Customer Service Representative Front Desk Lead

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills to handle all receptionist and clerical duties at the main entrance's front desk.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome guests as they approach the front desk and provide assistance with inquiries and complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk environment with necessary materials readily available
- Report to management and collaborate on administrative tasks
- Answer incoming calls, redirect them, or keep messages
- Receive letters and packages, and distribute them accordingly
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence and securing parcels
- Manage office supplies and order replacements as needed
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in hospitality and hotel administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in front desk roles within the hospitality industry (desired)
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with computer software applications, including word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation tools
- Customer service orientation
