About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Professional to join our organization. In this capacity, you will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless and compliant execution of agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and verify commercial contracts to ensure adherence to applicable laws and organizational policies.
  • Facilitate timely execution of contracts, coordinating necessary approvals and documentation.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Maintain and track an organized contract repository for accurate records and easy accessibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in contract management, legal drafting, or corporate legal advisory (non-litigation).
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce laws, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong communication (written & verbal) and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure with composure and professionalism.
    • Strong decision-making ability, prioritizing organizational objectives.
