About the Role:

  • We are seeking a legal professional with significant experience in fund-level agreements and expertise in working with AI-driven data extraction systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as lead reviewer of AI-extracted data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards.

  • Verify output from Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs), side letters, and related legal documents against source material to correct discrepancies and inconsistencies.

  • Train junior team members and maintain quality controls through oversight.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in law, finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a legal, compliance, or paralegal role with substantial exposure to alternative investment funds.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively bridge legal, product, and technical teams.
