
Office Administrator

The front desk is the first point of contact for guests, making it essential to maintain a tidy and welcoming atmosphere. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all necessary materials are readily available
- Greeting and welcoming guests
- Answering questions and addressing complaints in a professional manner
- Handling incoming calls, redirecting them as needed, or taking messages
- Receiving and distributing letters, packages, and other mail
- Preparing outgoing mail by drafting correspondence and securing parcels
- Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when necessary
- Maintaining updated records and files
- Overseeing office expenses and costs
Key qualifications include:
- 2-3 years of experience in a related role
- B.A or Post Graduate Diploma
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
