Job Description

The front desk is the first point of contact for guests, making it essential to maintain a tidy and welcoming atmosphere. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all necessary materials are readily available
  • Greeting and welcoming guests
  • Answering questions and addressing complaints in a professional manner
  • Handling incoming calls, redirecting them as needed, or taking messages
  • Receiving and distributing letters, packages, and other mail
  • Preparing outgoing mail by drafting correspondence and securing parcels
  • Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when necessary
  • Maintaining updated records and files
  • Overseeing office expenses and costs
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications include:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a related role
  • B.A or Post Graduate Diploma
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
