We're seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our global operations consultancy, Streamliners Management Consulting.

**Job Summary**

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our company page, crafting engaging job adverts, reviewing applications, and coordinating with candidates.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage our company page on social media platforms, ensuring it accurately reflects our brand and attracts the right audience.
  • Craft and post compelling job advertisements that effectively capture role requirements.
  • Screen and review CVs, applications, and cover letters to pre-select candidates that align with our criteria.
  • Track applications, coordinate with candidates, and ensure a seamless application experience from start to finish.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for candidates, conducting preliminary outreach and scheduling interviews with selected applicants.

**Requirements:

  • Experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field, ideally within the consulting or engineering markets.
  • Proficiency in managing company pages and familiarity with content creation tools is a plus.
  • A strong understanding of recruitment processes, including screening and candidate management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
  • A high level of organization, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • An analytical mindset, able to assess candidate profiles against job requirements effectively.
  • Proactiveness and openness to learning about the consulting market, particularly in the US and Europe.
  • Flexibility in accommodating different timezones (US, EU, India).

**Salary:** We offer an estimated salary of $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
