Database Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Database Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the data management team, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our department's databases.

Required Skills:

  • Relational Database Architecture: Advanced understanding of relational database architecture/infrastructure, specifically MSSQL.
  • Database Tools and Technologies: Knowledge of SSMS, SSRS, and other support tooling.
  • T-SQL and Database Development: Knowledge of T-SQL, Stored Procedures, and day-to-day DB functions.
  • Optimization and High Availability: Advanced knowledge of optimizing MSSQL, supporting HA/DR, etc.
  • Systems and Software Development Lifecycles: Strong knowledge of systems and software development lifecycles; application integration techniques; and relational database design.
  • Cloud Database Storage Technologies: Experience with cloud database storage technologies.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree: Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
