As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for being a technical expert on our operational analytics solution for networks, applications & security workflows. You will take a hands-on role in integrating product to meet customer requirements, deploying our solution at customers, and ensuring they are adequately enabled for use and self-serve extensions of our capabilities.

You will collaborate with the sales team and partners for pre-sales activities, own design, development & execution plans for POC, and lead to completion of deployment. Additionally, you will improve product features and quality through enhancement proposals and customer reviews.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing scalable data pipelines using Python and relevant technologies.
  • Ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data engineering pipelines into our operational analytics solution.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in coding with Python, preferably with expertise in public cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS CloudFormation Templates, and YAML.
  • Strong communication and comprehension skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with networks (e.g. Data Center, WAN, SD-WAN, Wifi, DNS/DHCP, Load Balancing).
  • Familiarity with network analytics.
