">The purpose of this role is to serve as the first point of contact for B2B users who call Wipro's Service Desk to troubleshoot end-user issues. As an IT Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing primary user support and customer service, responding to queries from all channels, including calls, portal, emails, and chats.
