Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Team Lead to oversee the development, management, and optimization of data dashboards and visualization solutions. This role involves leading a team of professionals who will focus on delivering data-driven insights and reports for business performance and strategic decision-making.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports to support business operations and strategic decision-making. They will ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity across all dashboards and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 20 MIS professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
  • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and guide the team in skill development and career progression.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to support business operations and strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity across all dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Develop and implement an efficient MIS reporting framework that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of business data, identifying trends and actionable insights to inform senior leadership.
  • Oversee data collection, validation, and quality control processes to ensure reliable and robust data flows.
  • Work with SQL and Excel to create automated processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
  • Act as a central point of contact for data and MIS-related queries from various departments.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product, Technology, and Business teams to translate data requirements into actionable MIS solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in Data Analytics or MIS are a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or business intelligence, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, Excel, and other data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture and database management.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams, manage complex projects, and deliver high-quality data insights in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.

Compensation and Benefits:
