About the Role

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking an experienced Data Analytics Lead to join our Data & Analytics team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying business needs, building analytical tools, developing test strategies, and supporting different teams in delivering business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and scope business requirements and priorities through rigorous information gathering and analysis as well as clarification of solutions, initiatives, and programmes to enable effective delivery.
  • Design analytics techniques to meet current and future business needs.
  • Rigorous understanding of data and fields required for analysis.
  • Understanding of analytical frameworks and mapping it with available data.
  • Develop a test strategy and systematic test procedures to verify that solution meets its design specifications.
  • Develop, select, and apply algorithms and advanced computational methods to enable systems to learn, improve, adapt, and produce desired outcomes or tasks.
  • Display the ability to approach existing situations and problems in a new manner and create innovative solutions.
  • Challenge the status quo to bring about continuous improvement in performance and drive changes that have a positive impact on the organization.
  • Work towards achieving goals and objectives and show a strong drive to follow through and complete what was started.
  • Recognize the complex interrelationships among business activities and understand the "big picture" of how decisions impact the overall business, outcomes, and processes.
  • Have an innate orientation to contribute to the larger vision of IDFC FIRST Bank.

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities

  • Lead the team of Business Analysts on model development to containerize and build out deployment pipelines for new models.
  • Lead and implement projects from initiation through completion with a focus on automated deployment and ensuring optimized performance.

Estimated Salary: ₹12-18 lakhs per annum
