We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Database professional to lead our end-to-end migration lifecycle across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle database migrations, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing large-scale migration programs.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, design, and execute Oracle database migrations across various environments including Data Center-to-Data Center, cloud setups, and Exadata environments.
    • Develop and implement strategies for near-zero downtime migration.
    • Perform end-to-end database backup and recovery operations using Rubrik and RMAN.

  • Required Skills:

    • 12+ years of Oracle Database experience with 5+ years in leadership roles overseeing database migration programs.
    • Strong experience with Oracle Exadata administration, migration, and performance tuning, as well as cloud-native database solutions in AWS and Azure.
    • Hands-on experience with data purging, retention policies, and compliance for regulated environments.
