Job Title: Architectural BIM Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Architectural BIM professional to support project teams in adhering to the Building Information Modeling (BIM) Implementation Plan.

  1. Assist in delivering client BIM requirements for Architectural and Structural services, ensuring timely model submittals and updates reflecting as-built conditions.
  2. Perform quality assurance and control on Autodesk Revit models, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
  3. Prepare detailed drawing packages, including 3D models and other relevant documents.
  4. Develop strong knowledge of BIM Levels of Development (LOD) 300, 400, and 500, and apply this understanding to coordinate and develop designs from construction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing 3D models, reviewing their quality, and ensuring compliance with the BIM Execution Plan.
  • Analyzing models provided by architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to identify coordination and constructability issues.
  • Knowledge of parametric and non-parametric family creation, as well as experience in Scan to BIM & PDF to CAD projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in BIM Coordination
  • Strong understanding of BIM processes, including 5D/4D
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
