Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeller/Revit draftsman to create and manage detailed Building Information Models (BIM) for our diverse range of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Revit software and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that our models are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP components.
  • Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective BIM solutions.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and clash detection to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
  • Update and revise models based on design changes and client feedback.
  • Assist in the preparation of BIM-related documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines and stakeholders to ensure model integration and compliance with project standards.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior BIM modellers and team members as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • ITI/ Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a BIM Modeller, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
  • Solid understanding of building systems, construction processes, and industry standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Fully hands on with Architecture & Structure Revit modelling. Knowing Interior Design and Landscape Revit modelling is an added advantage.
  • Work experience with 3D Scan data, Parametric Revit Family will be considered as an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant BIM certification
  • Familiarity with BIM execution plans and project workflows.
