We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and oversee Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes and standards in our Mumbai office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM Execution Plans, defining company requirements and workflows, and ensuring alignment with ISO 19650 standards and global procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing BIM strategies to align with global technical and quality standards.","
  • Maintaining BIM Execution Plans, implementing ISO 19650 workflows, and ensuring certification compliance.","
  • Liaising with the global BIM leadership team to drive implementation of group BIM workflows, tools, and standards at the local level.","
  • Leading staff training, induction, and knowledge-sharing for BIM practices.","
  • Coordinating and managing project BIM deliverables to reduce errors and delays.","
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for BIM-related issues in Mumbai.","

Qualifications & Skills

","

To be successful in this role, you will need:

","
  • A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a relevant Built Environment discipline.","
  • A minimum of 5+ years' post-qualification experience.","
  • Hands-on expertise in Revit and BIM processes, ideally with experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction company.","
  • Proven understanding of ISO 19650 implementation and compliance.","
  • Strong leadership skills to align and guide a local BIM/Revit team.","
  • Knowledge across project work stages, particularly in Data Centres, Retail, and Hospitality sectors.","
  • Prior experience working with international client organisations is an advantage.","
  • Fluent English language skills.","
