Job Title: BIM Trainer and Mentor

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced BIM professional to develop and deliver comprehensive BIM training sessions for students enrolled in our academy. We are seeking an individual with a passion for BIM who can share their expertise with aspiring professionals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BIM Training: Develop and deliver curriculum content covering various BIM concepts, software tools, and industry best practices.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, helping them develop their BIM skills, understanding of workflows, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the instructional design team to create and enhance training materials, exercises, and assessments.
  • Remote Support: Assist students remotely by answering their questions, addressing technical issues, and providing guidance through virtual communication channels.
  • Industry Insights: Stay updated with the latest trends, advancements, and emerging technologies in the BIM field.

Requirements:

  • BIM Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Building Information Modeling.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Teaching and Mentoring: Experience in conducting training sessions or mentoring individuals in the AEC industry.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and resolve BIM-related challenges.
