Job Title

About the Role

As a Deputy Manager/Manager - Governance, you will play a pivotal role in collecting and publishing organisation-level metrics, supporting internal audits, and ensuring robust governance aligned with the product development lifecycle (PDLC). Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Identify, develop, and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and governance processes across the organisation.
  2. Policy and Process Development: Create, document, and maintain organisation-level policies and processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  3. Metrics Management: Collect, analyse, and publish organisation-level metrics to provide insights into performance, compliance, and areas for improvement.
  4. Compliance and Standards Adherence: Ensure adherence to TCF and TOM standards, maintaining a robust governance framework that aligns with organisational goals.
  5. Internal Audit Support: Assist in conducting internal audits, providing necessary documentation, insights, and recommendations to ensure compliance and process integrity.
  6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align governance practices with business objectives and product lifecycle requirements.
  7. Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify risks in governance processes and implement controls to mitigate them.
