Job Title: Servienow ITOM Solutions Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Servienow ITOM expert to design, develop and implement end-to-end solutions that drive business value.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of complex Servienow ITOM projects from initiation to delivery, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, and providing technical guidance and support to junior developers.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of Servienow ITOM modules, experience with development best practices, and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop comprehensive Servienow ITOM solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Servienow development and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of Servienow ITOM modules
  • Experience with Servienow development best practices
