Drive Business Growth and AI Excellence

We're seeking a seasoned Associate Director to spearhead our Go-to-Market initiatives and AI business vertical.

This role sits at the intersection of law, technology, and business, central to enabling growth while managing risk in highly dynamic and regulated industries.

The successful candidate will partner with leaders to structure commercial contracts, drive compliant execution, and advise on AI governance and data usage.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with GTM and sales leaders to negotiate commercial contracts
  • Driving agile and compliant GTM execution
  • Advising on AI governance and data usage
  • Shaping internal policies around responsible and ethical AI
  • Protecting and commercializing IP, algorithms, and proprietary datasets
  • Leading implementation of data privacy and cybersecurity frameworks
  • Managing regulatory risks and disputes

We are looking for:

  • LL.B. (LL.M. preferred) with 12–16 years PQE
  • Strong experience in technology/AI, data privacy, and commercial contracting
  • Expertise in DPDP, GDPR, AI regulation, consumer law, and commercial negotiations
  • Exceptional ability to balance legal risk with business agility
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • A growth-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset
