Job Overview

The role of Learning Experience Leader is a pivotal position within an organization, driving the alignment of Foundation Skills Training with Product Specific Training methodologies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • As a leader in this field, you will set standards and expectations through your conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character.
  • You will create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training, which includes curriculum, training, and exams, for all general preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement.
  • You will also need to deliver preparatory training that is sufficiently technical, covering the basic skill requirements as identified by enterprise needs.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for delivering projects and motivating trainees through effective training.
  • Your duties will also include designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs and other learning opportunities across the organization.
  • You will amend and revise programs as necessary to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
  • Furthermore, you will act as a content expert and maintain relevant training documents and training materials for conducted training.
  • You will also develop effective induction programs and monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
  • To ensure compliance, you must have an understanding of statutory training requirements and E-learning techniques, and may be involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages.
  • Additionally, you will research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present your findings.
  • Last but not least, you will ensure adherence to the company's Code of Conduct among all trainees.
Requirements
  • You must have a strong understanding of Foundation Skills Training and its application in various contexts.
  • Experience in creating and delivering training programs is essential.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills are also required.
  • A high level of technical competence and ability to adapt to changing circumstances are also expected.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Education, Training, or related field.
